Install and connect on Windows
- Get the Windows installer from the Download page and run it.
- Follow the setup wizard and allow the network adapter on first launch.
- Sign in and click Connect.
Set up on iPhone / iPad
- Search for QuickQ in the App Store and install it.
- Sign in, tap Connect and allow the VPN configuration when prompted.
- Check the connection status any time in Control Center.
Set up on Android
- Install the app from the Download page or an app store.
- Allow the VPN connection request on first connect.
- Optionally enable auto-connect on startup in Settings.
How to choose a node
- Use Smart Recommend for everyday browsing.
- Pick a regional node to reach services in that region.
- For games, enable Gaming mode and pick a node near the game server.
Troubleshooting connection issues
- Make sure your local network works.
- Switch to another node or restart the app.
- Update to the latest version; contact support if it persists.
